• Contact & quote information you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, address or ZIP code, and details about the cleaning service you're requesting.
• Booking & service information if you become a client — appointment history, service preferences, and payment status (payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers).
• Usage data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies — pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location (city-level), and referral source.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and schedule, confirm, and manage cleaning appointments
• To send appointment reminders, service updates, and (only if you opt in) occasional promotional messages
• To understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it
• To detect and prevent spam or fraudulent form submissions

Analytics & cookies

We use the following tools to understand how our site is used. None of them are used to sell your personal information.

We keep quote and client records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at adults arranging home cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
