Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Home Reset Cleaning LV website and the cleaning services we provide in Las Vegas & Henderson. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential cleaning services on a flat-rate, no-contract basis, as described on our Services page. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; the final price is confirmed before your appointment and may change if the home's condition or size differs materially from what was described.

Booking, access & rescheduling

• You're responsible for providing safe, working access to your home at the scheduled time (a key, code, or someone present).
• Please secure or point out fragile, valuable, or sentimental items, and disclose pets, alarm systems, or anything requiring special care before the visit.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a reasonable fee to cover the crew's reserved time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at booking; card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, which does not share your full card details with us.

The Reset Guarantee

If anything about your clean doesn't meet our standard, tell us within 24 hours of the appointment and we'll return to make it right at no extra charge. This guarantee covers cleaning quality; it does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues unrelated to the service performed.

Liability

Our team is trained to handle your home with care. If we cause direct damage to your property through our negligence during a scheduled service, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and make it right, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement at our discretion, limited to the reasonable value of the affected item. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.

Photos

With your permission at booking, we may take before/after photos of common areas for quality-control and marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@homeresetlv.com.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our site — including attempting to submit fraudulent quote requests, interfere with its normal operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
